Your guide to Milk Aggregation

Everything applicants, sellers, storage operators, buyers and Milk Taxi operators need to know before joining and while using the platform.

;

Before you apply

Choose the account type that matches your real activity. Prepare your full name, working phone number, email, State, Local Government Area and exact home or store address. NIN improves identity assessment. A passport photograph is not compulsory. Uploads must be JPG, PNG or PDF and no more than 2 MB. Storage and logistics applicants should know their accurate litre capacity.

KYC and approval

Create one account, accept the terms and submit accurate information. You may sign in immediately to track the review. Pending means assessment is ongoing. Changes requested means the administrator has explained what to correct. Rejected applications show the reason and whether reapplication is allowed. Approved accounts receive a role, approved limit, unique location code and printable certificate.

How sellers offer milk

An approved Small Scale Seller (SSS) or Bulk Scale Seller (BSS) opens Milk Movements and chooses Offer Milk. Enter quantity and a unit; the screen converts it to litres and calculates the current seller value instantly. After submission, select a suggested Milk Collection Point, Milk Collection Center or Milk Bulking Center. The chosen facility sees the drop-off and confirms arrival.

How collection and bulking works

Milk Collection Points provide short-stay cooling and cannot sell their own inventory. Milk Collection Centers and Milk Bulking Centers receive milk, confirm quantity and preserve it for buyer demand. Every receipt changes the facility inventory ledger. Never confirm arrival until the physical quantity and quality have been checked.

How buyers request milk

An approved Small Scale Buyer (SSB) or Bulk Scale Buyer (BSB) enters a quantity and needed date. Requests cannot exceed the administrator-approved order limit. The system first suggests capable Milk Collection Centers and Milk Bulking Centers in the same LGA, then State. The facility approves the matched request and confirms dispatch/delivery.

Milk Taxi operations

A seller or buyer can request a suitable transporter and enter the expected distance. The administrator’s per-kilometre rate calculates the job value. Milk Taxi operators only see work within their approved vehicle capacity. Accept the job, mark pickup only after receiving the consignment, and complete it after confirmed arrival. Vehicle codes identify bike (BMT), tricycle (TMT), van (VMT) and lorry (LMT) operators.

Money and settlements

Buyers pay Milk Aggregation for fulfilled orders. Confirmed seller receipts, storage services and completed transport jobs create payable settlement entries. Cancelled work never creates a payable entry. The administrator can record full or partial payments; your dashboard always shows amount due, amount paid and remaining balance.

Safety, quality and support

Keep account credentials private. Use contact details only for the milk transaction. Inspect milk and containers before confirming receipt. Do not exceed declared or approved capacity. If information changes, contact the administrator before transacting. Every important status and payment change is audit logged.
